THIS ZIP IS FOR YOUR UNIVERSAL APK BUILDER

Upload the ZIP as a Gradle Android project and build it normally.
The project includes a self-bootstrapping ./gradlew for Linux builders.
The first build may take longer while Gradle 8.7 and Android Gradle Plugin 8.5.2 are cached.

INSTALLING EMBEDDED APPS

On Android 8+ the first install may open "Allow from this source".
Enable it for The Underground App Store, return, and choose the app again.

CHECK FOR NEW APPS

The top refresh button checks:
https://install.undergroundapps.online/data/native-apps.json

The APK works without this server file. It falls back to the bundled V1 catalog.
For live refresh support, upload SERVER_UPLOAD/data/native-apps.json to the matching
/data/native-apps.json path on install.undergroundapps.online.

New apps can later be added to native-apps.json with HTTPS apkUrl + iconUrl values.
Those apps are downloaded by the App Store and handed to Android's normal package installer.

IMPORTANT SIGNING NOTE
----------------------
For future updates to the Underground App Store APK itself, use the SAME signing key as V1.
Your Universal APK Builder should preserve one stable signing identity across versions.
Catalog refreshes do NOT require rebuilding or updating the App Store APK.
