No admin accounts detected

Your existing private database has no active admin records. If you have a usable backup, restore it before rebuilding. Otherwise, you can deliberately create a new owner and reissue all support-admin activation codes.

This does not delete the existing database. The new installation creates a dated SQLite safety snapshot before making changes. Your Cloudflare TURN configuration stays in its separate private folder.

Rebuild Underground Support Owner

Your database currently reports zero admins. Use the private INSTALL_KEY inside config.php to recreate the owner. The server saves a dated database snapshot before creating the new account. Other admins can then activate new accounts without changing your APK.

First-time account setup

Select your name, enter the one-time activation code provided by the software owner, and create your personal password.

Six characters is the minimum; a unique 12+ character password is safer. Slack credentials are not used.

Advanced video diagnostics

Video diagnostics: no session

Web diagnostics v0.3.2: member chat + TV pointer guidance, signaling-state checks, and ICE candidate counts. Video is reported as visible only after decoded frames arrive. WebRTC may need a TURN relay on restricted networks. The member must explicitly approve screen capture. No remote control is enabled.

Owner — Admin Accounts

You're the only software owner. Import the 13 support admins, copy their individual activation codes, and distribute codes privately. Admins choose their name and create their own password. Will Smith is a standard support admin.
